Create a Deep Group Experience with IIQTC
As You Cultivate Qi at Traditional Power Spots

Do you feel that a missing piece of your Qi cultivation and virtue in the tradition of the ancient Masters and Wizards is the opportunity to experience practice in China? Walk that ground, breath that air, experience those rarified atmospheres — take in the feeling. What a marvel to bring that to your practice! Come to China for Qi of a Lifetime!

We will touch down in Shanghai and we will depart from Beijing, but our intent is to flee the complexity of the big cities and experience the acclaimed villages, mountains and sacred sites. Morning practice in the parks, being in the temples, tasting fresh picked Dragon Well tea, walking in the cloud mountains, exploring the jade, silk and scroll shops in old street markets, accessing longevity herbs in the pharmacies --- these scenes are disappearing.

Inner West Lake in Hangzhou

Inner West Lake Hangzhou
We will be focusing on Qi cultivation and Qi oriented cultural heritage starting in Hangzhou, the capital of the Song Dynasty 1000 years ago. Hangzhou is one of China’s most historic and revered destinations and a starting place for tours to experience both ancient and modern China.
Qi Yun
Qi Yun

You will experience: the most revered of the Dao and Buddha temples at Jiu Hua, one of the four sacred Buddhist mountains, and one of the Daoist immortal mountains, Qi Yun "As High as the Clouds" and its Daoist community in the mountains where there is no road access; Tunxi’s historic Song Dynasty Traditional Market; and the center of Pure Reality Daoism, the White Cloud Temple in Beijing.

You will visit sites that Dr. Jahnke knows and the one place that he has not gone that all who study Qigong must go — Wu Dang Mountain. The intense study portion will be at Wu Dang Mountain, one of the sacred Daoist mountain centers for cultivation of Qi and virtue. Because Wu Dang is a highly revered sacred site as well as a national treasure and nature preserve. You will not find a more comprehensive Qigong exploration and journey.

We will also take in some spectacular shows such as the Beijing acrobats and the Hangzhou heritage show at the famous West Lake. While this is primarily a Qigong study and practice journey, you will have the opportunity to shop for silk and jade, tea and scrolls. You will want to select a special treasure to remember your China experience.

What is the aspect of Qigong and Tai Chi that you want to refine? How will you become more deeply present with your cultivation nature.
