April 7 Travel Day

April 8 Day 1 Arrive – Shanghai, bus to Hangzhou, Hotel near the West Lake..
April 9 Day 2 Morning practice at the West Lake, morning rest and teaching, The Soul’s Refuge Buddha Temple afternoon, the Village of Heavenly Bamboo walk and the Circle of Dragons, West Lake evening.
April 10 Day 3 Morning practice at West Lake Qigong and Tai Chi Practice area, morning teaching, Spiritual Laboratory of the Master Who Embraces Simplicity Dao Temple, Long Jing Tea Fields, farmer's meal. Night--West Lake Special Show.
April 11 Day 4 Morning practice by West Lake Practice area, morning teaching, National Herbal Medicine Museum, old town, night market.
April 12 Day 5 Early bus to Jiu Hua (takes 3-5 hours) -- 2 nights, arrive around lunch time, tour Jiu Hua area.
April 13 Day 6 Jiu Hua area – mountains and temples. Morning practice, meet Master Teacher, explore the town.
April 14 Day 7 Jiu Hua morning - then afternoon bus to Qi Yun mountain night in Xiuning area near Qi Yun.
April 15 Day 8 Qi Yun mountain village and temple. Amazing village that has no road to it. We arrive by cable car. 2nd night in area.
April 16 Day 9 Back to Qi Yun or to Xidi village. Bus to Tunxi and the Song Dynasty Traditional Market, an excellent place to purchase jade, scrolls, silk, herbs and tea.
April 17 Day 10 Plane travel to Wu Dang; arrive and rest.
April 20 Day 11 Wu Dang area - Qigong, Tai Chi, Kung Fu; visit mountain area.
April 18 Day 12 Wu Dang area – morning training, afternoon tour, introspection and study.
April 19 Day 13 Wu Dang area – morning training, afternoon tour, introspection and study.
April 20 Day 14 Wu Dang area – morning training, afternoon tour, introspection and study.
April 21 Day 15 Wu Dang area – morning training, afternoon tour, introspection and study, evening celebration with new friends.
April 22 Day 16 Travel to Beijing private bus to Xiangyang (2 hours), fly from Xiangyang to Beijing, about 2 hours.
April 23 Day 17 Beijing – White Cloud Temple, Tian An Men Square, Forbidden City, Non Tourist Great Wall.
April 24 Day 18 Beijing Area
